It looks at your white blood cells to see how well your body is actually using key vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, and antioxidants. This gives a better picture of your long-term nutrient status, not just a snapshot of one moment in time.
Traditional blood tests typically measure nutrients circulating outside the cell at a single point in time. The CMA evaluates nutrient sufficiency within white blood cells, reflecting longer-term nutrient status and providing insight into functional utilization.
