Returns and refunds
If you change your mind, you can return unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Log into your account to start a return.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Wrong items
If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll make sure you get the correct product as quickly as possible.
Test kits
Test kits are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once received.
