What Is Your Return Policy?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

What Do I Do If My Items Arrive Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

What Do I Do If I Receive The Wrong Item?

If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We’ll make sure you get the correct product as quickly as possible.

How Do I Update My Shipping Address?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to see real-time updates on your shipment. You can also click ‘Track Order’ at the top of this page.

What Do I Do If My Order Says Delivered But It’s Not?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbours, mailbox, your local post office, or the carrier directly. Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered a few days early. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, contact us for help.

What If My Package Gets Lost?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What Is The Test You Offer?

The SpectraCell Micronutrient Test (MNT) is a functional intracellular nutrient assessment that measures how your white blood cells absorb, transport, and metabolize nutrients.

What Nutrients Does The Test Measure?

This test evaluates a broad panel of nutrients including vitamins (like A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D3, K2, folate, biotin, pantothenate), minerals (such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper), antioxidants (e.g., coenzyme Q10, glutathione, selenium, alpha-lipoic acid), fatty acids, metabolites, amino acids and more.

How Is The Test Performed?

The test is performed through a simple blood draw. After ordering your kit, you’ll visit a local lab or mobile phlebotomy service where a small blood sample is collected and sent to the SpectraCell laboratory for analysis.

How Do I Order the Test?

You can order your test here. Once your order is placed, DHA Laboratory will ship the SpectraCell collection kit to your address with detailed instructions.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Test kits typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Once your sample is collected, it is sent overnight to SpectraCell’s laboratory for testing.

How Long Do Results Take?

Results are generally available within 2-4 weeks after your sample reaches the lab and we will email you when they are ready.

Who Reviews My Results?

Your results are reviewed by Katie, our founder and in house Registered Holistic Nutritionist as well as Functional Diagnostic Nutritional Practitioner. You’ll receive a personalized email with recommendations based on your results. This is for educational purposes only and is not to be construed as medical advice.

Is This Test Diagnostic?

No. The SpectraCell Micronutrient Test is a functional assessment, not a medical diagnostic tool. It looks at your nutrient status and imbalances to guide nutritional and lifestyle support.

Is The Test Safe During Pregnancy or Breastfeeding?

Yes. The test involves a standard blood draw and is considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, always consult your healthcare provider before performing any lab testing.

What Happens After I Get My Results?

You’ll receive an email with a copy of your report and a detailed explanation of your nutrient status as well as any potential areas of improvement.

Do You Share My Results With Anyone?

No. Your results are completely confidential and shared only with you and our authorized practitioner.

What Happens If My Test Doesn’t Arrive?

If your test kit doesn’t arrive, please contact info@dhalab.com and they will help you track it or arrange for a replacement.

Can I Get A Refund For My Test?
