Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Retailers, clinics and practitioners who want to stock Holistico rather than refer to it. We work with a limited number of retail partners at a time so that every account gets real support, so applications are reviewed rather than approved automatically.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Fill in the application form on this page and we will follow up by email. It asks about your business and how you would stock the range, which is what we need to review it properly.
How long does approval take?
We follow up by email after reviewing your application. Because partners are taken on a limited basis rather than in bulk, this is a real review rather than an automatic approval, so give it a little time.
Can I buy through a marketplace instead?
Yes. Holistico is on Faire, so if you already order through it you can stock us there rather than opening a direct account. The application on this page is for a direct wholesale relationship.
What products are available at wholesale?
The current range: Whole Food Vitamin D and Whole Food Calcium. The line is being expanded one nutrient at a time, and partners hear about new formulas before they go on general sale.
Where are the products made?
At an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility in Hauppauge, New York. Every batch is tested for potency, ingredient identity, microbial safety and heavy metals, and Certificates of Analysis are available on request — which is usually the first thing a stockist asks for.
Can I get Certificates of Analysis for my records?
Yes, on request. Each product page also publishes the certificate figures for that batch, so you can see the testing before you ask for the paperwork.
Do you ship wholesale orders outside the United States?
No. Holistico ships within the United States only at this time, wholesale included. If that changes we will say so here.
